A bunch of quick fire studies I did using the online Youtube resource, Croquis cafe. Mostly done in 30 secs-2 min.
More studies, some dappled with watercolour to give more texture and suggestion of light. I feel it adds to the look of a body having mass.

I touched the sketches up digitally to emphasise the shadows
I was trying to capture that feeling of lightness a lot of dancers have when they do their cool jumps. Something about this one speaks a little to me.
Experimental linework in order to capture very slight movement and the energy of the model, done in class.
More croquis cafe studies, I like how expressive some of these are.
Some more digital touchups, I really like the feeling of volume and squishiness with these bodies.
